This is a 0.20 inch (5.08 mm) digit height single digit SMD display. This device uses AS-AlInGap and GaN LED chips (AlInGap epi on GaAs substrate). The display has gray face and white segments.

Notes :
1. Luminous intensity is measured with a light sensor and filter combination that approximates the CIE (Commission
International De L'Eclariage) eye-response curve
2. Reverse voltage is only for IR test. It cannot continue to operate at this situation
3. Cross talk specification <= 2.5%

6. Recommended SMT condition:

NOTES:
1.We recommend th e reflow tem perature 245ºC (+/-5ºC ).The maximum
soldering temperature should be l imited to 260ºC .
2.Don't cause stress to t he epoxy res in while it is exposed to
high t emperature.
3.Number of reflow process shall be 2 times or less.
